bookverseshop.com currently offers the following shipping methods:


Where We Ship

  1. We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

  2. Orders are shipped from our location in Kansas City, Missouri (U.S. Central Time, America/Chicago).

  3. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.

Order processing times in our warehouse may take 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). However, during peak seasons with higher volumes, order processing can take 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed after 12:00 pm Central Time begin processing the next business day.


When Delivery Time Starts

  1. Delivery timeframes begin 1 business day after your order has shipped (when the dispatch email with tracking is sent).

  2. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when we miss the Speedy (3–5 business days after dispatch) or Lightning-Fast (1–2 business days after dispatch) delivery windows—in those cases we refund only the respective $6.99 or $14.99 shipping fee.


Shipping Methods & Timeframes

  1. Free Standard Shipping:

    • Estimated delivery: 5–9 business days after dispatch.

    • Cost: $0.00.

  2. Speedy Delivery — $6.99:

    • Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch.

    • If we miss this window, the $6.99 shipping fee is refunded.

  3. Lightning-Fast Delivery — $14.99:

    • Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch.

    • If we miss this window, the $14.99 shipping fee is refunded.


Carriers and Tracking

  1. We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  2. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.


PO Boxes / APO/FPO

  1. USPS can deliver to most PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

  2. Expedited courier options (Speedy / Lightning-Fast) may not be available for these addresses.


Shipping Costs

  1. Free Standard Shipping is $0.00.

  2. Any paid options (Speedy / Lightning-Fast) are calculated and shown at checkout before you place your order.


Can I Change the Shipping Method After My Order Has Been Placed?

  1. Yes, you can request a change to the shipping method if the order has not already shipped.

  2. Please contact us at support@bookverseshop.com as soon as possible with your order number.


Can I Change the Shipping Address After My Order Has Been Placed?

  1. Once an order has been placed, we send your order instantly to our operations team.

  2. If your order has just been placed and has not yet shipped, you may contact us at support@bookverseshop.com to request an address change.

  3. Address changes are not guaranteed if the order is already in the shipping process.


Lost, Delayed, or “Delivered” But Not Received

  1. If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, first check with:

    • Household members

    • Neighbors

    • Your local carrier / post office

  2. If still not found after 48 hours, contact us and we will help file a trace/claim with the carrier.

  3. We will work with you and the carrier to determine the next steps according to the carrier’s policies.
