Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We want your experience to be smooth and transparent. This page explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work at Book Verse Shop.


Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective items, as long as the item is new, unused, and in original condition.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  1. The product must be in original condition with all original packaging and accessories (normal opening to inspect is OK).

  2. It should be packed in the original box (if available) and shipped back to the return address provided via email.

  3. Returns may be requested if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or no longer needed / ordered by mistake, provided it is still in new, resalable condition and is not listed as a non-returnable item below.

  4. Start your request by emailing support@bookverseshop.com with your order number, photos (if damaged/incorrect), and a brief description.

  5. We’ll reply with the RMA and return address within two business days.

Please do not ship any return without your RMA; it helps us receive and process correctly.


Important Notes

  1. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when we miss our Speedy ($6.99, 3–5 business days after dispatch) or Lightning-Fast ($14.99, 1–2 business days after dispatch) delivery windows. In those cases we refund only the respective shipping fee.

  2. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels; returns must be mailed using a carrier such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  3. Returns are processed once the item is received and inspected by our team, and refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 3 business days after inspection.

  4. A response to all return requests will be made within two business days.


Exchange Policy

If you receive a defective or damaged product, or if the item does not match your order, you are eligible for an exchange. Contact customer service within 30 days of receiving the product, and we will arrange the exchange at no additional cost.


Exchange Process

  1. Pack items securely to prevent transit damage.

  2. Use any trackable carrier (USPS/UPS/FedEx) and keep your tracking number until your refund/exchange is completed.

  3. Once we receive the returned item, we will ship out a replacement at no extra cost.


Bulk Orders

  1. For bulk orders, exchanges are only available if the product arrives damaged.

  2. We will only replace the quantity that was damaged during delivery, not the entire order.


Non-Returnable Items

  1. Any item that is counterfeit or does not match our listed product cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

  2. Stationery products, posters, frames, and packaging materials are non-returnable.

  3. Any item that is not in new, resalable condition (for example, with writing, highlighting, missing pages, or missing supplements) may not be accepted for return.


Refund Policy

  1. If your return or exchange request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase.

  2. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.


Cancellation Policy

  1. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.

  2. After this period, cancellations are no longer possible, and the return policy will apply.

  3. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

  1. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  2. Provide images or proof of the damage, and we will initiate an exchange or refund.


Customer Responsibilities

  1. Customers must ensure that returned items are packed securely to prevent damage during shipping.

  2. All returns and exchanges must be sent by mail via USPS or another trackable carrier to the return address provided in your email confirmation.
